The Diva

We've been going through cartons of apple juice around here.  My favourite is to mix half grapefruit juice (unsweetened) and half apple juice with a liberal shot of lime juice.  Come to think of it, it would make an excellent martini as well.  Something similar is served at Rebar modern food in Victoria.  One of our favourite restaurants and cookbooks.
